Common questions

I don't hear any sound.
Check your device's volume first, then open Settings inside the game and make sure Mute audio is off and the volume slider isn't at zero. Resonance Drift is built to keep playing even with the Ring/Silent switch on, so you shouldn't need to change that.
What's the daily seed?
Every player gets the exact same tunnel each day, generated from the date. It resets at 00:00 UTC. Everyone is comparing runs on identical ground — no advantage from difficulty settings or luck in the layout.
What is Ghost mode?
A run that never ends and never kills you. Touching a wall doesn't crash the ship — it plays a note, and the pitch follows your position as the tunnel moves. Pillars become percussion. The bar at the top is resonance: it builds while you hold a line close to the wall and slowly bleeds away when you don't, and each of the five dots beneath it is another instrument entering the mix. There's no score and nothing to lose — the only thing that grows is the music.
How do I get all five layers in Ghost?
Stay close to a wall and keep steering. Resonance only builds while you're actively moving, and the tighter your line the faster it climbs — riding right against the surface fills it in around 25 seconds, while hovering a ship's width away barely moves it. It also drains a little even while you're grazing, so holding the top of the meter takes a good line rather than one good moment.
Can I change the music?
Yes — Settings → Music has three: Pulse (driving techno), Neon (half-time synthwave), and Bloom (ambient, no drums). They switch instantly, even mid-run. Ghost uses Bloom by default; once you pick one yourself, that choice is used everywhere.
The vibration feels too strong, or I'd rather not have it.
Settings → Haptics turns it off entirely. Grazing a wall is meant to feel like a surface passing under your thumb, so it's deliberately continuous rather than a single tap.
Do I need an account?
No. Progress, streaks, and best scores are saved on your device — there's no sign-in and nothing is required to play.
How do I remove my data?
Settings → Reset all progress clears everything stored on your device. This can't be undone.
Are there ads?
No. This version has no advertising of any kind, nothing to purchase, and no analytics. Nothing interrupts a run, and there is no tracking prompt because there is nothing that would ask for one.
I found a bug, or a run felt unfair.
Email the address above with your device model and, if you can, the mode and the seed code shown at the top of the run — that's usually enough to reproduce the exact tunnel you were on.
